┬áI can’t believe it’s May already! Where did April go?? Well, it wasn’t a very productive month for me here on the blog, because we are still working on our house. We will likely put it up for sale within the next 2 weeks! Gah, I can’t believe I have to go back to work in a month. A Look at March 2017

Well peeps, I didn’t get much up on the blog in March. Why? Well, because hubby and I are getting our house ready to sell SO THAT WE CAN MOVE!! It’s proving to be a lot of work and very time-consuming. Add that to caring for an infant and there is hardly any down time! So, blogging unfortunately has to suffer. We’re hoping to have our house up┬áthis month, though, so hopefully I’ll get to blog more after that. But then there will be looking for a new house and the big move, so we’ll just have to see! Oh, […]

Please keep in mind that every baby is different and I’m positive that mine doesn’t follow the “norm” for babies her age, so please don’t think there is anything wrong with yours if he/she doesn’t follow the same schedule as mine. ┬áPlease also realize that my daughter’s schedule changes on a daily basis and while this was one day of her life, there are many other days that are completely different. 7:30 a.m. Wake up. Daddy greets me and changes my diaper. 7:45 a.m. Mommy feeds me my bottle and breakfast. This morning’s breakfast is mashed banana, with a bit […]

Tips for buying gifts for a baby shower

Tips for buying gifts for a baby shower

When buying clothes, think about what the season will likely be when the baby will fit into the clothes you’re about to purchase. I have soooo many short sleeve shirts and onesies for my girl that fit her right now but she can hardly ever wear because it’s bloody cold here right now! I mean, of course she could wear them with a hoodie over top, but when I’m looking at the options I’m way more likely to choose a long sleeve shirt/onesie or a sweater (depending what the plans for the day are). Maybe actually buy off the registry? […]

So…I had a baby
19 October, 2016 / 4 Comments

Well, hello everyone! ┬áHope you all have been doing good! ┬áSo, I’m back…again. ┬áRemember that time about a year ago when I went away for a while because I was pregnant? ┬áAnd then I came back for a few months…and then went away again? ┬áWell, I had my baby about 4.5 months ago. ┬áNow that I am through the newborn fog and moving on to more of the sunshine and lollipops I was actually expecting to come of this (man, they are NOT KIDDING when they tell you it’s hard! ┬áSeriously, people, listen when people give you advice about the […]
