I can’t believe it’s May already! Where did April go?? Well, it wasn’t a very productive month for me here on the blog, because we are still working on our house. We will likely put it up for sale within the next 2 weeks! Gah, I can’t believe I have to go back to work in a month. A Look at March 2017

A Look at March 2017
2 April, 2017 / 2 Comments

Well peeps, I didn’t get much up on the blog in March. Why? Well, because hubby and I are getting our house ready to sell SO THAT WE CAN MOVE!! It’s proving to be a lot of work and very time-consuming. Add that to caring for an infant and there is hardly any down time! So, blogging unfortunately has to suffer. We’re hoping to have our house up this month, though, so hopefully I’ll get to blog more after that. But then there will be looking for a new house and the big move, so we’ll just have to see! Oh, […]

So…I had a baby

So…I had a baby
19 October, 2016 / 4 Comments

Well, hello everyone!  Hope you all have been doing good!  So, I’m back…again.  Remember that time about a year ago when I went away for a while because I was pregnant?  And then I came back for a few months…and then went away again?  Well, I had my baby about 4.5 months ago.  Now that I am through the newborn fog and moving on to more of the sunshine and lollipops I was actually expecting to come of this (man, they are NOT KIDDING when they tell you it’s hard!  Seriously, people, listen when people give you advice about the […]

Bumpies!

I thought I would take today to share my “bumpies” with you all.  (I stole the term “bumpies” from Baby Center).  The term “bumpies” refers to selfies of your baby bump.  Here are my bumpies to date (please ignore any imperfections in the pictures – such as mirror smudges and mess in the background – as I wasn’t planning on sharing these photos at the time):   Stay tuned for more!  🙂

How I Found out I was Pregnant

How I Found out I was Pregnant
13 April, 2016 / 2 Comments

I thought I would share with you my story of finding out I was pregnant.  Hubby and I have been together for over 11 years and married almost 4 years.  We both acquired school debt while in university and decided it would be best to pay off our debt before having kids.  We had a very aggressive plan and it was only going to take about 3 years to get it all paid off!  We were pumped.  Then a surprise happened… So, I had been having mild period-like cramps all week, which is highly unusual for me.  I usually have […]
