Why I love them
Okay, seriously, these are one of the most amazing things I have tried when it comes to healthy recipes. They are so delicious, you wouldn’t even know you were eating cauliflower. I certainly don’t feel like I’m eating healthy when I’m eating these tots. And they, surprisingly, taste very similar to the classic tater tots.
I don’t have kids of my own, but I would imagine that kids would love these! Kids love tater tots. I’m guessing they won’t be able to tell the difference, since I hardly can. They can dip them in ketchup and everything!
I dip the tots in this homemade healthy ranch and it is delish! My husband, on the other hand (who loves them just as much as I do), dips them in either hot sauce or spicy ketchup.
These tots always make an appearance on our bi-weekly meal plans ever since we found the recipe (and I have a feeling they won’t be going anywhere any time soon).
A perfect mix of cauliflower, an egg, an egg white, onion, parsley, cheese, and breadcrumbs. Pop them into the oven for about 17 minutes and…Delish! You can find the full recipe here.
