You know those romance books with the half-naked dudes or with a man and a woman looking very intimate?  I see these books and I run from them.  I don’t know why, as it shouldn’t stop me from reading the book, but it does.  I find myself stopping from even beginning to read a synopsis if a cover looks embarrassing like this.  Even if I’m planning on getting an eBook of it!
